In this pivotal role, you will support the Capital Projects team with administrative and operational tasks essential for project delivery. Your expertise in coordination will ensure that communications and documentation align with organizational standards. This opportunity suits candidates with a focus on detail-oriented project coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for project team activities
• Organize and record stakeholder meeting minutes
• Ensure accuracy in project documentation and version control
• Facilitate communication to and from project stakeholders
• Track project activities in management systems like Momentus
Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field, such as project management
• 1–3 years project coordination or administrative experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred
• Proven organizational skills with proactive problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
