Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will work collaboratively with a service team. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing student needs with empathy, and providing crucial support for counseling staff. You will also handle data entry and maintain highly confidential client records, enabling efficient service delivery in an often demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage appointment scheduling for students seeking counseling
• Facilitate reception services ensuring high standards
• Address client inquiries, resolving issues proactively
• Maintain an organized and welcoming waiting area
• Assist with office communication and project tracking
Requirements:
• High school graduation with medical office training
• Minimum three years of relevant experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Capability to operate standard office equipment
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
