As the Executive Assistant, your focus will be on enhancing Board operations and member experiences. You’ll engage in high-touch service, managing logistics and communications to ensure effective governance practices are observed and valued by senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver administrative support to Vice President, Governance
• Organize Board meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics
• Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
• Assist in preparing meeting documentation and minutes
• Maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes
Requirements:
• Significant experience in executive or administrative roles
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• High attention to detail and discretion
