As part of the Workplace Experience function, this position ensures a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. Key responsibilities include directing calls, setting up meeting rooms, and performing clerical duties. You will also manage visitor protocols and coordinate hospitality services, all while following defined procedures closely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
• Greet clients and issue visitor passes
• Schedule and prepare meeting rooms
• Handle general clerical work including faxes and packages
• Arrange hospitality services for guests
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Up to 2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic math skills for calculations
