Position: Insurance Services Assistant Position at ZLC Financial
Provide exceptional service as an Insurance Services Assistant at ZLC Financial, supporting the Administration Team within the Individual Wealth & Insurance Management Division in a hybrid work model.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year in customer service and administration, preferably in finance or insurance. Key responsibilities include processing service requests, managing annual renewals, and assisting the team with administrative tasks. You'll also create insurance summaries and hold a vital role in client communication, requiring excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process service requests including policy changes and cancellations

• Provide proactive policy service during renewals

• Create and distribute insurance summaries to clients

• Scan and email statements to advisors efficiently

• Assist with administrative tasks and file organization

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in customer service/administration

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Adaptability to various software platforms
