About the Role:As our Client Experience & Administrative Assistant
, you’ll help keep our busy business centre running smoothly while supporting our Client Experience team. You’ll work alongside our Community Manager and Client Experience Coordinator to ensure every client and visitor receives exceptional service.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in staying organized, and loves being part of a supportive team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment while building valuable administrative and client service skills.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct calls using our multi-line telephone system.
- Assist with meeting room preparation and bookings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Scan, file, print, and prepare documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Experience team.
- Help ensure the reception area and business centre remain welcoming, clean, and organized.
- Provide additional coverage during busy periods, lunches, vacations, training, and special projects.
- Genuinely love helping people.

- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or hospitality.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients in person, by phone, and by email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning new software.
- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Experience working with a multi-line phone system.
- Experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience with scheduling, reception, or administrative support.

Compensation:- $21.00 per hour.
