Executive Assistant

Shape the future of education as an Executive Assistant with the BC Principals’ & Vice-Principals’ Association in Vancouver. Support leadership, manage governance logistics, and connect with educational stakeholders.

This full-time, continuing position is perfect for an organized professional with a background in executive support or governance, preferably in education. You will be essential to our administrative operations, coordinating meetings and communications while managing the complexities of executive schedules and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to key executives

• Coordinate logistics for Board and leadership meetings

• Prepare and distribute agendas and presentation materials

• Take detailed minutes at meetings and manage follow-ups

• Host and manage virtual meetings using Zoom and Teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience

• Background in K–12 education or public sector preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• High level of discretion and professionalism
