As a Business System Analyst atFour Squire Business Services, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementation. By working closely with stakeholders, you will analyzeprocesses, define system requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and support strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate business needsinto comprehensive functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools or system enhancements to meet business goals.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with expectations.
• Lead workshops and meetings to discuss, refine, and finalize requirements.
• Prepare detaileddocumentation, including process flows, requirement specifications, and usermanuals.
• Track project progress and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in aBusiness Analyst or similar role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in documentingbusiness processes and creating functional specifications.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
