VABCBU--Business Consultant

The consultant will work with SDPR project teams and service delivery personnel to:

Provide general public sector business consultation services, including workload modeling of Service Delivery Division service lines.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in business initiatives to design and align new business systems with existing processes, including developing and implementing change management plans to transition from current ('as is') to future ('to be') states.
• At least 5 years of experience applying Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and Change Management techniques to ensure quality delivery of business solutions.
• Over 7 years of experience managing effective communication with project stakeholders across various levels and units.
• Over 10 years of experience working with diverse technical and business stakeholders to understand needs, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Over 10 years of experience developing and measuring KPIs and quantifying expected outcomes.
