About This Team

The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business by increasing profitability and return on investment through the indirect supply chain with strategic and stakeholder-centric procurement. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities, supplier performance and relationship management to developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team plays a key role in value delivery for our business.

Core

Responsibilities

As part of the Global Procurement team, the Procurement Analyst partners with stakeholders to advance their business goals and priorities. You will apply advanced data analysis, support and lead competitive sourcing and negotiations, manage suppliers, and drive end-to-end project execution. You will also support the Procurement Leadership Team in delivering the annual category strategy and proactively surface opportunities and risks that may impact those objectives.

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to execute sourcing initiatives that meet functional priorities and elevate Global Procurement’s impact.
  • Participate in category strategies development through a collaborative, inclusive approach that aligns to business and enterprise priorities.
  • Analyze bids, spend, and other data sources to identify value opportunities and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • End-to-end sourcing execution, ensuring alignment with category objectives and business requirements.
  • Facilitate the contract review process and partner with Legal to ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements.
  • Partner with FP&A to validate project savings and confirm value delivery against financial targets.
  • Maintain tools and processes used to plan, track, and execute strategic sourcing activities.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    Bachelor
  • Preferred: MBA, SCMP or equivalent professional designation
  • 2+ years Procurement experience
  • 1+ years of experience in one or more categories:
    Technology, Retail & Packaging, Facilities & Store Development, or Marketing & Corporate Services
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office), knowledge of P2P (Coupa)/Oracle a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Manages stakeholder input, assessing specific issues to improve stakeholder engagement and build relationships.
  • Category management:
    Understands existing supply base being used by category. Gathers market research and understands commodity features. Applies standardized procedures when evaluating patterns, suppliers, organization requirements and market trends.
  • Sourcing:
    Acts as a cross-functional team member to analyze information and formulate sourcing strategies and plans. Evaluate bids and supplier proposals, leveraging cost modeling and qualitative criteria to identify optimal solutions. Translates findings into actionable recommendations that deliver value and support strategic objectives.
  • Negotiation:
    Demonstrates foundational negotiation skills, primarily supporting others but increasingly leading negotiations.
  • Project management:
    Defines scope, estimates resources, and manages timelines. Maintains schedules, identifies dependencies, and mitigates risks to ensure successful delivery.
