JobOverview
The Lead Development Representative is responsible for supporting the Business Development Directors by conducting property research, gathering relevant information, and performing outreach to strata properties. This role works closely with the Business Development Directors and the marketing team to support business initiatives and maintain accurate, comprehensive data for strategic planning.
Responsibilities- Practice and adhere to First Service Residential Global Service Standards
- Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct at all times
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
- Works well independently and as a team player, with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal comprehension and communication skills
- Quick thinker with the ability to respond confidently and professionally during phone outreach
- Comfortable conducting proactive outreach and gathering information from various stakeholders. Ability to present information for clients in a clear manner
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision‑making skills
- Self‑starter with the ability to prioritize and multi‑task to meet deadlines
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Compensation$17.85 per hour plus
