Job Description
The starting hourly wage for this role is $28.00/hr to $28.00/hr.
Accounting & Financial Data Management- Enter and process customer orders in Money Works Gold, ensuring correct pricing, quantity, and order validation.
- Reconcile SAP and Money Works twice monthly to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Record and reconcile credit card, Pay Pal, and other payments accurately.
- Prepare profit and loss reports and dashboards to track financial performance.
- Maintain inventory records for café items, staff use, and community contributions.
- Import and validate Shopify orders in Money Works to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Test and verify system entries to ensure updates or changes in orders, pricing, or products are correctly reflected in all systems.
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales, orders, and operational performance.
- Analyze recurring issues, workflow gaps, and trends to suggest process and system improvements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decisions on pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize efficiency and operations.
- Gather requirements from internal teams to ensure system and workflow updates meet operational needs.
- Manage Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and order processing.
- Handle subscriptions and apps (Recharge, Omnisend), updating, skipping, or editing orders based on customer requests or stock availability.
- Analyze sales and customer data, create segments, and track marketing campaigns.
- Design, execute, and monitor email and SMS campaigns to improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize order workflows and system integration between Shopify and Money Works.
- Maintain documentation of system processes and updates to ensure continuity and accuracy.
- Respond to customer calls and emails, providing accurate order and delivery information.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer feedback and requirements, sharing insights with management for process and system improvements.
- Coordinate with shipping and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Document all processes, learnings, and workflows to ensure information is available for team members.
- Maintain clear records so colleagues can reference them when needed or in case of absence.
- Continuously update documentation to reflect process improvements, system updates, and workflow changes.
