The role will primarily focus on data validation and cleansing, particularly related to product attribution, with possible support on additional projects. The individual will also help build tools and templates to support cross‑functional teams.
We’re looking for a candidate who is strong in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, and ideally has product or planning experience.
This is a 6-month contract to start with chance for extension should business needs/performance align.

What- The Role:
Reporting to the Global Inventory & Planning Operations Manager, this role focuses on ensuring accurate and consistent product data across the business. A typical day includes consolidating and rolling up product attribution data, validating accuracy to ensure it meets business needs, and partnering cross‑functionally to resolve missing or incorrect attributes. The role also involves building and maintaining tools, templates, and clear guidelines that enable teams to use data consistently, driving global alignment and operational efficiency.
- Lead global data rollups for product attribution, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business readiness.
- Validate and audit product data to ensure it aligns with reporting and operational needs.
- Partner cross‑functionally to resolve missing, inconsistent, or incorrect product attributes.
- Develop and maintain reports, tools, templates, and documentation to ensure consistent and standardized data usage across teams.
- Establish clear guidelines to ensure consistency in how data is used and presented across regions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and global consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product retail planning, operations, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Power BI.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
$37‑38.25/hr + 4% vacation pay.
Where:Vancouver, Hybrid 4 days a week, Fridays remote.
