As a Revenue Operations Manager, your focus will be on building the sales infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll create and optimize sales playbooks, develop training materials, and analyze sales data to drive actionable insights. Close collaboration with various teams will ensure streamlined operations and improved performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement foundational sales processes
• Optimize Salesforce workflows and CRM automation
• Establish metrics and reporting systems for teams
• Document processes for scalable execution
• Train SDRs on new systems and tools
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS Sales Operations or Enablement
• Proven record of building systems from scratch
• Familiarity with SMB sales cycles and methodologies
• Strong experience in CRM and reporting
• Available for in-office work in Vancouver, BC
