In this role, you are accountable for architecting a comprehensive partner enablement strategy that fosters long-term relationships and enhances channel effectiveness. You’ll helm key initiatives, including the creation of onboarding processes and ongoing training programs designed to elevate partner capabilities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver resources that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the overall partner enablement strategy
• Architect onboarding experiences for new partners
• Develop playbooks and training calendars
• Facilitate collaboration across marketing and sales teams
• Analyze partner feedback for data-driven improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in sales enablement or alliances
• SaaS or similar background preferred
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills
• Proven relationship management experience
• Familiarity with tools like Crossbeam or Mindmatrix
