Take charge as a Product Manager at Carbon Chain, owning the product lifecycle from strategy to execution. Collaborate with engineers and sustainability experts to enhance the effectiveness of carbon accounting.
Reporting to the CEO, you will define the product roadmap, translate market insights into requirements, and foster high-quality product releases.
Your role includes engaging with customers and industry stakeholders to drive product direction and refine features over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and prioritize product roadmap aligned with goals
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements
• Work with design and engineering to launch products
• Conduct customer discovery to gather valuable feedback
• Assess product performance for continuous enhancement
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of product management experience
• Successful record in impactful software product delivery
• Strong analytical skills for decision making
• Excellent communication across teams
• Proactive in an ambiguous startup atmosphere
