Allnorth is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that support business growth across the organization. Working closely with technical teams, business development, finance, and leadership, you will play a key role in managing strategic pursuits and delivering polished, client-focused submissions.

Theidealcandidateishighlyorganized,astrongcommunicator,andthrivesinafast-pacedenvironmentwherebalancingmultipledeadlinesandprioritiesispartoftheday-to-day.

• Leadandcoordinateproposalsubmissions,including
  
  RFPs,RFIs,andRFQs
• Managetheproposallifecyclefromplanningandkickoffthroughfinalsubmission
• Collaboratewithtechnicalteamsandstakeholderstodevelopcompellingsubmissions

• 5–8+yearsofproposaldevelopment,bid management,orrelatedexperience
• Experiencewithinengineering,consulting,orprofessionalservicesenvironmentspreferred
• Strong writing,editing,communication,andstakeholdercoordinationskills
• Experience with Adobe In Designorsimilartoolsconsideredanasset
• Strongattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinadeadline-driven environment
