Role OverviewAs a Strategy and Execution Consultant, you will support high‑profile transactions and integration mandates. You will be part of a diversified team that applies advanced tools and methodologies to deliver solutions for sophisticated clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Integration strategy, planning, and execution – project management support and executive communication
- Carve‑out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution – operating model design and transaction services agreement development
- Operational due diligence – stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, operating model design
- Synergy/value realization identification, validation, and tracking
- Development of Transitional Services Agreements
- Development of M&A and integration playbooks
- Support client engagement teams in executing integration or carve‑out services
- Assist key client decision makers in executing transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Identify risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, CMC) or equivalent hours completed but not yet certified
- Preferred: 3 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess complex situations and formulate solutions
- Experience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement is an asset
- Effective organization and time‑management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements or scopes of work and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills – writing reports and presentations clearly and concisely
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders is valued
- Confident communicator at all organizational levels, including executive, VP, director, and operational management, with strong presentation delivery and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster an inclusive environment
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Authorized to work in Canada and ability to travel within Canada and the US
- Experience in audit, assurance, or related fields
- Previous M&A experience
- Interest and passion for digital, technology, and new business building topics

- Compensation range for Vancouver: $88,000–$108,000
