Join YWCA Health & Fitness Club in Vancouver as a Sales Manager. Lead membership growth through strategic sales initiatives and collaboration with marketing for successful campaigns.
This on-site role involves overseeing the entire sales funnel while managing CRM reporting. You will be responsible for corporate partnerships and member engagement, coaching your team to ensure optimal performance. Your efforts will support the sustainability of vital community programs funded by club revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by managing the sales pipeline
• Facilitate timely lead responses and team coaching
• Develop onboarding processes that enhance new member experiences
• Guide marketing efforts by collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist
• Manage the marketing budget and track performance metrics
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and leadership
• Strong knowledge of CRM management and digital marketing
• Skills in coaching and presentation essential
• Relevant post-secondary education is a plus
• Quota-carrying role experience required
