As a Purchasing Coordinator II, you will manage low-value procurement tasks and support the procurement team through effective data analysis and reporting. You will ensure that purchase orders are tracked accurately and facilitate communication with suppliers and stakeholders. This role will require your keen eye for detail and collaborative spirit to resolve procurement issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute low-value procurement transactions under supervision
• Manage the entire lifecycle of purchase orders
• Maintain high accuracy in procurement data handling
• Organize and circulate procurement documentation
• Collaborate to resolve procurement-related issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED mandatory
• 2-3 years in procurement or supply chain experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general Office knowledge
• Proficient in supplier management and procurement tracking
• Effective communication with all stakeholders
