Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth and market share in Western Canada
• Develop and execute aligned regional sales strategies
• Establish performance metrics and hold team accountable
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales talent
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
• 5+ years in sales leadership, especially in dental
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve margins
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills
• Experience with key account management and CRM best practices
