In this key role within Trulioo’s Transformation Office, you will harness your expertise in continuous improvement to lead initiatives across various business functions, including Operations and Customer Success. The focus will be on identifying inefficiencies, developing automation solutions, and driving measurable performance improvements, ensuring process redesign aligns with operational excellence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma

• Redesign workflows to improve quality and efficiency

• Identify risk exposures and scalability constraints

• Develop a roadmap for automation initiatives

• Present data-driven business cases to leadership

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in operational excellence or automation

• Proven track record in process optimization

• Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis

• Knowledge of emerging automation technologies

• Experience with delivering automation solutions
