Proposal Specialist at BLG

As a Specialist, Pursuits, you will manage proposal processes from initiation to completion, working closely with lawyers and the Clients and Markets Team. Your strategic writing, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement will be critical as you create compelling winning proposals under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFPs and proposals from intake through submission

• Analyze proposal requirements for strategic recommendations

• Develop client-centered responses under compressed timelines

• Summarize wins and losses from debriefs

• Track and report proposal opportunities comprehensively

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

• 3-5 years of proposal writing experience

• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

• Knowledge of legal services marketing practices
