Vancouver Procurement Manager

Position: Vancouver Procurement Manager Role at MineSense
Step into a transformative role as a Procurement Manager with Mine Sense in Vancouver. Focus on driving innovations in supplier management and enhancing procurement operations in a hybrid setup.

As part of the Operations team, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain. This position encompasses developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure efficient supply continuity and optimizes inventory management. You'll champion supplier relationships and harness data to make impactful purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies supporting business objectives

• Manage supplier performance and risk while optimizing costs

• Supervise procurement workflow and ensure timely supplier communication

• Establish and maintain accurate procurement documentation

• Guide team improvement initiatives for procurement controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field

• At least 6 years in procurement, supply chain, or operations

• 2 to 4+ years in a leadership role is a plus

• Proficient with ERP systems and analytical tools

• Excellent communication skills in English;
Spanish is a plus
