We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-op Student to support process improvement initiatives, operational documentation, and master data activities within our supply chain team. This role is ideal for a student interested in operations, logistics, continuous improvement, ERP systems, or supply chain analytics.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop standardized work instructions, maintain accurate supply chain master data, and help improve operational efficiency, quality, and consistency across business processes.

What you will do:

Draft, edit, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation

Observe and document current operational workflows across supply chain functions

Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency gains

Support continuous improvement projects using Lean principles and structured problem-solving methodologies

Create visual process maps, flowcharts, and training materials

Assist with maintaining and validating supply chain master data within ERP systems

Support item master creation, updates, and data accuracy initiatives

Help maintain data integrity for inventory, suppliers, bills of materials, and procurement-related information

Assist with data cleansing, reporting, and auditing activities

Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, planning, customer service, and operations teams

Support KPI tracking and reporting for operational performance metrics

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities

Help standardize processes to improve consistency, training, and compliance

Support implementation of new systems, procedures, or operational changes

Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong written communication and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point

Comfortable working with data and maintaining accuracy in transactional systems

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Visio, or Lucidchart is considered an asset

Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Data Governance is preferred
