In thisrole, you'll spearhead the research, design, and implementation of training programs tailored to sales teams. Collaborating with sales leaders, you will apply modern learning principles to build impactful educational materials and tools that foster continuous improvement and development in sales strategies and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and address training needs with sales teams
• Implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs
• Create and manage content for diverse learning formats
• Oversee coordination of training initiatives and schedules
• Measure training success using quantitative analysis
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in training development
• Formal education in Adult Learning preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
