As a mid-level Technical Sales Manager, you will spearhead revenue growth by identifying and developing new opportunities with food manufacturers across North America. Collaborating with R&D and innovation teams, you’ll convert customer inquiries into high-value supply contracts, ensuring effective communication throughout every stage of commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop ingredient opportunities with food manufacturers
• Manage the customer journey from discovery to supply agreement
• Build relationships with R&D, procurement, and operations teams
• Create proposals demonstrating the commercial value of ingredients
• Guide customers through sample evaluations and pilot trials
Requirements:
• 5+ years in food ingredients or manufacturing
• Established network within food manufacturing companies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of commercialization processes
