  • Lead, develop, and coach an experienced team of both Senior advisors and Associate Advisors to ensure consistent execution of sales strategy and achievement of targets.

  • Establish performance management frameworks, including sales targets, activity metrics, and pipeline discipline, leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce.

  • Drive continuous improvement in advisor effectiveness through coaching models, call quality reviews, joint client engagements, and capability‑building programs.

  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders, sales support, training, and business development partners to align strategy, optimise processes, and deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Collaborate with business partners to create and execute annual business planning, including setting national sales goals, defining strategic initiatives, and executing transformation priorities across the channel.

  • Champion a high‑performance culture focused on customer outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, including senior sales leadership and team management responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams, geographically dispersed sales organisations and delivering against revenue and growth targets.

  • Deep expertise in financial planning, investment and insurance products, and the Canadian advisor marketplace.

  • Advanced knowledge of Group Retirement Savings, wealth management, and retail advisory distribution models.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within financial services.

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives, including scaling teams, optimising client journeys, or evolving go‑to‑market strategies.
