Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales based in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will lead the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth across all business segments. Key responsibilities include managing sales operations, overseeing account management, driving business development initiatives, and setting performance goals. The Vice President of Sales will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications

10 years expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including leadership and team development

Experience in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships

Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and performance analysis

Demonstrated success in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field - MBA preferred

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment

10 years Experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry is a plus
