The Assistant Manager will oversee lottery procedures, drive sales, and support a team of vendors across the summer's duration. Applicants must showcase strong leadership, communication skills, and a flair for sales, ensuring adherence to all regulations while fostering a fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations of the PNE Prize Home Onsite Lottery
• Create and manage sales targets and strategies
• Ensure adherence to gaming regulations and conduct reconciliations
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff
• Report on operational performance and complete necessary paperwork
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid BC Driver's Licence and clear driving record
• Previous supervisory experience in sales is preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
