THE TEAM

The mission of the Business Transformation & Operations Department is to strategically develop and scale each business area with world‑class infrastructure, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities through a methodical yet entrepreneurial approach.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Business Transformation & Operations team is expanding. This unique opportunity lets you help strategically develop and scale our business through world‑class operational solutions, defining target operating models, designing and building business processes, and developing frameworks and tools that drive scalability.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Business Transformation & Operations, you will:

  • Work with Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day‑to‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Embed within a specific business area, building the foundation to support unique growth and scale objectives.
  • Define and implement the core operating structure and working model of the business area in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
  • Design how we approach business decisions by creating the frameworks, references, and decision‑making models required to support consistent execution.
  • Engineer effective and efficient business processes, optimizing for throughput and frictionless operations.
  • Scale the business for future growth by introducing and evolving world‑class capabilities that unlock the most impactful opportunities across Aritzia.
  • Seamlessly integrate meaningful tools into the day‑to‑day of the business.
THE QUALIFICATIONS

Proven skills, education, and/or experience in:

  • Business administration or a related degree; MBA considered an asset.
  • Leading business operations, process improvement, and/or organizational design initiatives.
  • Consulting experience is considered an asset.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values, Business, and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 – $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to exceed this range.
