Role Overview

As the Senior Associate / Associate Technical Developer, you will ensure we deliver Everyday Luxury through your manufacturing knowledge, proactive and collaborative communications with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and comprehensive instructions, aligned to our standards, to enable accurate sample development.
  • Support the execution of sample requests.
  • Validate that digital and physical samples align with our specifications and creative vision.
  • Effectively manage and optimize the day‑to‑day operations of the Technical Development Department.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction, fit, and a commitment to continuous development.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
Compensation

Range: $50,000 – $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, potentially exceeding this range.
