Elevate customer experiences as a Loyalty Strategy Specialist with Harbour Air in Vancouver. Oversee the Harbour Air Loyalty Program and collaborate with key internal teams.
This full-time role reports to the Head of Digital & Customer Experience. You will lead loyalty strategy development, manage initiatives, and enhance member value through partnerships. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leadership to define loyalty strategies
• Execute the loyalty strategy for operational success
• Document and manage loyalty policies and procedures
• Monitor industry trends for program evolution
• Collaborate on cross-functional promotions and communications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in customer experience or loyalty
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with loyalty programs is preferred
• Understanding of the travel or aviation industry
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
