What You'll Do

Analyze and manage customs documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Provide strategic advice to clients on customs requirements, tariff classifications, and trade programs.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless import/export operations.

Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in customs laws and international trade policies.

Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for complex customs matters.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance, with a solid understanding of international trade regulations.

Industry-related certifications (CCS, CTCS, or equivalent professional status).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Proven ability to handle complex shipments and navigate regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, government agencies, and team members.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Customs certifications or related qualifications are a plus.
