Travel Benefits Coordinator/Supervisor - Deployment support

THE ROLEAs a deployed Travel Benefits Coordinator (or Supervisor) you will coordinate travel for CAF members to reunite with family or travel to approved destinations overseas for up to six months. You will conduct briefings, provide advice and guidance, ensure policy compliance, process financial claims and manage the travel department, leading a team of Coordinators to deliver exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate travel arrangements for CAF members and families.
- Conduct briefings and provide advice and guidance.
- Ensure travel policy compliance and process financial claims accurately.
- Manage a team of Coordinators, including scheduling, performance management and operational oversight.
- Plan recreational activities, outings and events to support morale and welfare.
- College diploma or certificate in Tourism and Travel, Business Administration, Adult Training or related field.
- Valid driver’s license (Province).
- Canadian citizenship.
- Valid Canadian passport.
- Travel arrangement planning and administration.
- Logistical support and customer service.
- Training session and presentation delivery.
- Office administration.
- Advice and guidance provision.

- Policy, procedure and regulation interpretation and application.
- Electronic filing system and database creation and maintenance.

- Completion of a health, dental and psychosocial assessment.
- Security screening.
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to walk and lift, carry, pull or push heavy items.
- English Essential.
- Functional reading, writing and oral language skills.
- Candidates meeting Bilingual Essential requirement will be considered for all available positions.
- Tax‑free allowance up to $1,756 per month (based on mission/location/date).
