LEAP is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee a team of Business Development Professionals. In this role, you will assist in developing sales strategies aligned with our leading legal technology solutions. Collaborating with the VP of Sales, you will mentor your team and enhance productivity in designated territories, while cultivating strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and disrupt the legal tech market
• Recruit and lead high-performing sales teams
• Implement effective territory and marketing plans
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts for team
• Engage in sales calls and client interactions
Requirements:
• 3+ years as a successful Territory Sales Manager
• Track record of meeting sales objectives
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office tools
• Effective communication and leadership skills
