Senior Product Manager for Service Strategy

This position calls for a motivated individual who will spearhead the product strategy for Rivian’s Service business. You'll work closely with various departments to analyze needs, identify process inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
Your role will impact both customer satisfaction and revenue generation by defining key performance metrics and overseeing product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop product roadmaps aligning with service scale
• Analyze service operations to determine areas of friction
• Engage cross-functional teams for prioritized enhancements
• Capture user needs in clear product deliverables
• Manage initiatives from discovery to launch and analysis
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant product or operational experience
• Ability to influence across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in operational data analysis and decision-making
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
