Proposal Development Specialist

Position: Proposal Development Specialist GHD
Drive proposal excellence with GHD as a Proposal Development Specialist located in Western Canada. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and strategic planning for successful project proposals.

As a key member of the Proposal Team, you will be responsible for managing the proposal lifecycle, from development to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs. This position requires a solid understanding of technical proposal writing and project management, helping to achieve strategic objectives within the engineering sector. Work closely with marketing and graphic teams to create impactful bid packages and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and format persuasive proposals and collateral

• Coordinate proposal content and timelines among teams

• Manage RFP reviews and lead discussions with stakeholders

• Facilitate meetings and drive proposal completion

• Maintain awareness of upcoming RFPs on client websites

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in technical proposals

• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

• Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively

• Familiarity with marketing strategies and layout
