As a Category Manager, you will bring 5-7 years of expertise in procurement to manage sourcing strategies and contracts. This strategic role requires a strong background in data analysis as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sourcing effectiveness. Your negotiation skills will be key to executing successful agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sourcing strategies from analysis to supplier selection
• Negotiate and draft vendor contracts to secure value
• Manage relationships to ensure supplier performance
• Analyze financial data to support sourcing decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years in procurement
• Strong background in category management
• Proficiency in Google Suite and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• SCMP/MBA preferred
