Proposal Manager

About this OpportunityCreative, detail-oriented, and client-focused professionals with a passion for leveraging opportunities are invited to apply for the Proposal Manager position. The role focuses on the development of competitive procurement responses and the preparation of comprehensive service delivery solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate effective responses to business development opportunities from kickoff through submission.
- Establish deliverables and assign them to subject‑matter experts, ensuring appropriate timelines.
- Engage with corporate support teams to ensure compliance with terms & conditions and specified opportunity elements.
- Develop content through collaboration with SMEs, performing active and creative writing.
- Facilitate the completion, review, and editing of documentation, ensuring quality and compliance before submission.
- Maintain bid timelines, providing progress updates in regular meetings with the bid team.
- Serve as the primary contact for all facets of response development, both technical and commercial.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the business development team and the FM business line.

- Post‑secondary education, ideally in English, Journalism, Graphic Communications, Creative Writing, Marketing/Communications, or Business/Commerce.
- Five (5) years’ experience in proposal or professional writing preferred.
- Experience working in a facilities management, property management, real‑estate, engineering, architecture, or construction environment preferred.
- Superior level of writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to compile input from multiple sources into cohesive narratives.
Due to mandatory vaccination requirements at client projects, successful candidates must validate full vaccination prior to hire.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar) and Adobe platforms.
- Ability to integrate information from various sources.
- Analytical thinking to anticipate appropriate responses.

The expected salary range is $100,000 – $135,000 per year, with base pay determined by qualifications, education, and experience. Total rewards include group insurance, a pension plan, discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR offerings.
