In this pivotal role, you will handle post-sales activities and complex inquiries, acting autonomously with clients and advisors. Your ability to drive client retention and solve issues will significantly impact the region's revenue. Collaboration with Sales Consultants and conducting meetings with plan administrators are key to building trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and premium growth
• Resolve inquiries independently, recommending effective solutions
• Build strong relationships with producers and administrators
• Process client requests efficiently and accurately
• Maintain precise records in Salesforce and other systems
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Group Health and Dental services
• Excellent problem resolution and communication skills
• Minimum 2 years in employee benefits industry
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Valid Alberta driver’s license for travel
