As a Business Analyst with Vancouver Coastal Health, you will focus on analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in food services. Supported by your advanced statistical skills, you will evaluate business systems from multiple perspectives and customize reporting to better suit departmental needs.
Your role will also include monitoring quality management performance and providing strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis
• Support planning initiatives via ongoing data evaluation
• Tailor reporting based on departmental requirements
• Advise on quality management system measures
• Create performance reports against specified indicators
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Three years' experience in data analysis
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and statistical knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
