This role is integral to Clio's Product Led Growth team, where you will manage customer onboarding for the first 120 days. Your responsibilities include designing engaging onboarding experiences to ensure law firms derive maximum value from their Clio subscriptions and reduce churn. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey and tailor onboarding for diverse firm types.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the onboarding experience for new Clio customers
• Map customer journeys for effective onboarding
• Design customized onboarding paths by firm type
• Define activation metrics for Clio products
• Collaborate with Customer Success on onboarding transition
Requirements:
• Over 4 years in product management, B2B SaaS
• Experience in onboarding and product lifecycle management
• Strong skills in data analysis and measurement
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams
• Excellent written communication skills
