This position involves serving as an internal Coupa expert, optimizing procurement, finance, and IS interactions for improved business results. You’ll utilize your deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes while delivering scalable Coupa solutions. Collaborating across departments, you will ensure compliance and user satisfaction through well-structured systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Coupa configurations, enhancements, and implementations

• Monitor platform performance metrics for continuous improvement

• Advise on complex integration issues with root-cause analysis

• Align master data across procurement and finance systems

• Maintain documentation and support sustainability of the Coupa platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• 6+ years of eProcurement system experience

• Hands-on Coupa implementation experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills and ERP integration background

• Coupa certification and industry experience are assets
