Corporate Compliance Operations Specialist

This critical role entails operational leadership for corporate compliance, partnering with the Enterprise Risk Committee to promote a proactive compliance culture. You will develop alignment with departments like Legal, HR, and Finance, negotiating regulatory challenges and enhancing compliance practices. Key activities include overseeing Business Continuity Planning and monitoring regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide compliance objectives with enterprise risk leadership
• Develop and align compliance frameworks organization-wide
• Report compliance status to senior executives
• Establish and manage compliance escalation systems
• Drive business continuity and risk management improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in compliance
• Experience in large corporate or Shared Services environments
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
