OpportunityAritzia is growing and our Sustainability team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for driving improvements and continuously enhancing the sustainability of our business practices and supply chain.
Role- Support the definition and delivery of Aritzia’s sustainability ambition.
- Account for and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with our climate targets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Account for and reduce water use and protect water quality in our supply chain in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Account for and reduce the environmental impact of the materials we use in line with our product targets and in pursuit of everyday luxury product.
- Maximize the value of our resources by designing for circularity, using our resources with care, and adopting end‑of‑life solutions that minimize waste sent to landfill.
- Ensure our environment programs and initiatives are integrated into our business, while enabling effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in sustainability, environmental science, ESG, or a related discipline.
- Experience and certifications in ESG frameworks, standards, and tools (Textile Exchange, Worldly, Circular Design Principles).
- Project or program management skills or certificates (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.
- Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. Salary may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may also be eligible for bonus.
