Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 key accounts
• Support users through onboarding and implementation
• Create strong business partnerships for enduring relationships
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback for product improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS or consulting
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and project management experience
• Ability to cultivate long-term relationships with executives
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup culture
Drive customer success and impact industry change in Vancouver.
