Lead dealership coaching initiatives as a Field Coach for Connected Services us on empowering staff with the skills to activate and support connected services effectively.
As a Field Coach, you will engage dealership personnel with targeted training and development strategies aimed at improving their sales competencies in connected services. This role requires exceptional coaching and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of automotive technology. Regular assessments and strategic support will help dealerships meet their performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective coaching sessions, tailored to each dealership
• Conduct both in-person and virtual coaching visits
• Monitor KPI performance for dealer activations
• Collaborate with program teams to align strategies
• Gather insights to enhance coaching materials
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in automotive or consulting roles
• Bilingual English/French; fluent communication skills required
• Thorough understanding of connected services and their value
• Ability to build rapport with dealership teams
• Must travel 80% of the time
