As a Senior Product Specialist, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle for new remedies. Collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, and Operations teams, you’ll ensure efficient product development and smooth commercialization.
Your role will involve tracking progress, identifying risks, and keeping all stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee NPD initiatives in Remedies & Personal Care
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans
• Ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams
• Maintain project documentation for accuracy and clarity
• Coordinate with Operations for manufacturing readiness
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in product development or a related role
• Proven skills in managing multiple projects
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in diverse and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
