Evi Smart is looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager in Vancouver, BC to lead the transformation of our sales operations.
Your role is critical to architect systems that will drive our business growth.
In this in-office position, you'll engage directly with the CEO and various teams to foster a strong sales infrastructure. You will excel at combining strategic thinking with execution, ensuring effective sales enablement and CRM integration. If building scalable processes excites you, consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect the sales playbook and training materials
• Optimize CRM workflows for performance tracking
• Conduct pipeline audits and implement quick wins
• Analyze key performance metrics for improvement
• Collaborate with Marketing to streamline revenue flow
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS Sales Operations
• Experience building sales systems from scratch
• Strong understanding of SMB SaaS cycles
• Expertise in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
• Willingness to work in the Vancouver office
